1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hansafield, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Hansafield is a field service management software that provides project management, team scheduling, contact management, task assignment, and file storage capabilities. The service is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.
3. User Accounts
To use Hansafield, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Hansafield is offered on a per-user subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may add or remove users at any time, and your billing will be adjusted accordingly. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law.
5. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the service. Unused trial periods are not transferable.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Hansafield only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all data and content you upload, store, or share through the service. You must not use the service to store or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content.
7. Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain all ownership rights to your data. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
Hansafield and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TELCY LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TELCY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Hansafield after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
